First, the IP address of the computer on which Ozeki NG SMS Gateway has been installed needs to be provided in MS Exchange 2007. If there is an incoming e-mail message for a given user, MS Exchange 2007 will forward it to the built-in SMTP server of Ozeki NG SMS Gateway.

The SMS gateway processes it and sends the message as SMS text message to a given mobile device. It is also possible to send SMS messages from mobile phones to the corporate IT system.
